About the Provider: Jon Schaffer APRN MBA CCM
Jon Schaffer is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Primary Care and has a unique perspective on Workers’ Compensation. Prior to becoming a provider, he worked as a Workers’ Compensation case manager, employer, and consultant, giving him deep insights into the approval process and the needs of injured workers.
In 2018, Jon personally experienced a serious work-related injury that required over two years of recovery. This journey provided him with firsthand insight into the physical, emotional, and financial challenges his patients face in the realm of Workers’ Compensation.
Over the years, he has collaborated with nearly every provider in Hawai‘i who accepts Workers’ Compensation claims, building strong partnerships to ensure patients receive timely and comprehensive care. To further support his patients, Jon also offers Telehealth Services, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

Workers Compensation
New to workers' compensation? Our clinic offers some of the fastest approval times in Hawai‘i. What sets us apart is our team’s extensive background in the insurance industry, specifically in workers compensation. Having worked directly with workers’ compensation carriers, we’ve built strong, trusted relationships with every insurer in the state. In many cases, we maintain direct lines of communication with adjusters, allowing us to expedite your care and ensure you receive timely, appropriate treatment. Additionally, we provide primary care and telehealth services to further enhance your access to necessary medical support.
Accident / No Fault Insurance
If you’ve been injured in a car accident, getting the right care quickly is essential for a full recovery. Our clinic specializes in providing primary care for patients under Hawaii’s No-Fault insurance system, ensuring you receive the medical attention you need without delay or out-of-pocket costs. We also offer telehealth services to make accessing your treatment even more convenient. Our experienced team understands the paperwork and processes involved, working directly with insurance adjusters and legal representatives to streamline approvals and treatment plans, including those related to workers compensation. From whiplash and back pain to more complex injuries, we provide comprehensive care tailored to your recovery—so you can focus on healing while we handle the rest.
Primary Care
We are currently an out-of-network provider for Primary Care services, but we are actively working on becoming in-network and are awaiting insurance approval. In the meantime, in-person visits are 100 dollars and our Telehealth Services are available for 50 dollars. Our office will submit a detailed superbill to your insurance on your behalf for possible reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse up to 70% of the visit cost, depending on your specific out-of-network benefits, including those related to Workers Compensation.
